We are deeply committed to keep product which are fit for purpose and fit for us. With our quality product, reasonable price, highly experienced and qualified team and we do whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your purchase or service taken.

WARRANTY:

  • In-Store/e-Store warranty:

– None OEM/Retail products (new or used) or In-Store/e-Store warranty products: we will provide 30 days exchange service, if exchange is not available, store credit will be issued or refund will be issued after applicable deduction and acceptance process.

 – Manufacture warranty only:

New OEM (original equipment manufacturer,) products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty only, NO in-store/e-store return/refund/exchange for open-boxed/opened and used item. For returns unopened/unused item, return may be accepted, if discussed/mentioned/allowed before making a purchase deal.

Presently, in-store/e-store warranty can be made at the same store location/e-location from where the item was bought/picked-up.

EXCHANGE:

Exchange of the same item will be straight, whereas, for an exchange with a different item, return/refund will be issued and a new transaction will be made for new item(s).

FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, O-N-O (OR NEAREST OFFER) AND TAKE AS IS ITEMS:

No warranty, until unless specified.

SHIPPING COST:

Customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns and exchanges.

Additional tax/duty/freight/custom/import charges that may be added by the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Voids or Warranty does not cover?

If the seller informs the buyer that he/she is not responsible for defects, then the buyer should inspect the article thoroughly before taking it.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by any of our product(s), as our all items are fully tested by their manufacture(s)/vendor(s) and inspected before making available to customer.

MODIFIED POLICY:

Modified warranty terms and condition will be noted on the receipt.
