RETURN:

We accept returns. You can return UNOPENED / UNUSED items in the original packaging along with full accessories if any within 14 days of your purchase or (item on arrival date for online shopping) with receipt or proof of purchase ( along with RMA number for online returns).

After receiving the returned item, we will fully examine the product and will inform you via email or in-store, whether you are eligible to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchased price with deduction (such as, restocking fee, shipment charges or etc.) if any, using the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow us for a period of up-to 14 days for us to process the refund (up-to 14 days are mainly for online purchases).

Presently, in-store return can be made to the same store location from where the item was bought/picked-up.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED:

If buyer received a damaged/defective item, he/she can return the item. (Exception applies)

  • Non OEM/Retail products (new or used) or in-Store or in-eStore (online) warranty products: we will provide return or refund.
  • New OEM (original equipment manufacturer,) subject to manufacture warranty only, no in-store or in-estore (online) return/refund/exchange.

EXCHANGE:

Exchange of the same item will be straight, whereas, for an exchange with a different item, return/refund will be issued and a new transaction will be made for new item(s), after deducting the shipping cost both ways/sides along with any restocking fee if any.

RMA (Return merchandise/material authorization) Form:

– RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the product by sending RMA Form to us, once approved we will issue a RMA number to you.

– Mark RMA number on the outside of the package along with shipping label, make sure it will not will get mixed with shipping address or postal code.

– Placed a copy of RMA form inside the package.

– Item received without RMA number may not be accepted for return/refund/exchange.

RESTOCKING FEE:

There is a 15% restocking fee on returned or cancelled orders within 14 days.

SHIPPING COST:

Refund shipping costs will be refunded to customer if we had made an shipping error.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns and exchanges.

Refund shipping costs will not be refunded for any exchanges or errors by the customer in choosing the wrong product.

If a package is undeliverable to the address provided, or is refused at the delivery address, a refund will be issued after the product is returned back to us after deducted the shipping cost both ways/sides along with any restocking fee if any.

Additional tax/duty/ freight/custom/import charges that may be added by the shipping carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

What Void Return/Refund/Exchange?

– If a buyer buys an item and make it in their use, he/she can-not return the item.

– If the seller informs the buyer that he is not responsible for defects, then the buyer should inspect the article thoroughly before taking it. In this case, the buyer loses the right to return.

– If buyer damaged the item the return and refund will be lost for him/her.

– If damage took place at the buyer’s location seller will not return/refund/exchange to him/her.

– Item received without RMA number may not be accepted for return (online purchase only)

– Items must have all tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

– Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

– Items that are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

– Any warranty seal broken or tempered.

SPECIAL ORDER:

All special ordered products (any particular/specific item being requested by customer) can-not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, O-N-O (OR NEAREST OFFER) AND TAKE AS IS ITEMS:

Cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

DISCOUNT CODE OR COUPON WAS USED:

If a coupon or discount code was used at the time of making a purchase, the discounted amount that originally paid will be refunded only with deduction if any. (not the full retail product price).

MODIFIED POLICY:

Modified return, refund, exchange policy will be noted on the receipt.
